Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any last minute cancellation or no shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you shall be charged as a no show. Rescheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance will not be penalized, past this window a 50% fee will be incurred. I understand life happens, and this policy allows me to plan accordingly. Please be courteous and reach out immediately if you need to cancel for health reasons or emergencies.
